III. BRIEF
VSEDC aimed to launch a program empowering emerging minority fashion entrepreneurs by connecting them with essential resources, mentorship, and training, while linking them to VSEDC’s broader economic development services. To achieve this, CNA was brought in to develop a program that would cultivate business skills, leveraging strategic partnerships and insights from industry experts to maximize participant growth and engagement.
IV. SOLUTION
CNA developed the Urban Pose Fashion Incubator, a comprehensive program designed to support aspiring creatives and entrepreneurs in the fashion and beauty industries. This program combines hands-on workshops, mentorship from seasoned industry experts, and collaborative initiatives with key partners to help participants gain the confidence and skills needed to succeed. By bridging the gap between passion and profession, this initiative not only strengthens VSEDC's mission of economic empowerment but also fosters a vibrant community for future fashion and beauty leaders.
